All our handmade bags are produced at the Puente Grande Social Reintegration Center in Jalisco. Each bag is handmade by talented artisans who are undergoing social reintegration, which adds significant value to each piece.

At Bolsa Artesanal MX, we guarantee the quality of our products. If your handmade bag has a manufacturing defect, you can request an exchange within 30 days of purchase. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

To care for your handmade bag, we recommend cleaning it with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using harsh chemicals and do not submerge it in water. Store it in a cool, dry place when not in use to preserve its shape and color.

We ship our handmade bags via FedEx (available at destination), ensuring fast and reliable service. Once you place your order, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment until it arrives at your door.
