Community Edition - MX Artisan Bag

At Bolsa Artesanal MX, we believe design is a powerful way to connect stories, creativity, and purpose. That's why we're launching our first Community Edition, an open call for everyone who dreams of seeing their ideas become reality. Whether you're a student, professional, creative, design enthusiast, or simply have a great idea, this call is for you.
How it Works:
You can participate in one of the following categories:
Improve Existing Bags — Do you have an idea to make our bags more functional, durable, or stylish? This is your chance to contribute.
Drawing and Color Combinations— Send a sketch with a proposed color combination for our bags. Remember: we use basketry techniques, so the patterns should follow straight lines, without round shapes or complex illustrations.
New Bag Model — If you have a completely new proposal to reinvent our bag model within the limits of artisanal technique, this is your moment.
Award for each category:
Your design will be handcrafted by people deprived of their liberty at the CRS of Puente Grande, Jalisco.
You will receive the physical bag that was woven with your design or improvement.
A CMF Watch Pro 2 as recognition of your creativity.
Your proposal will be launched in a limited edition of 10 bags with credit in your name.
Rules for participation :
You can use technological tools such as artificial intelligence to create your proposal.
The proposal must respect the rectangular structure and the basketry lines.
Circular shapes or structures outside of straight woven lines are not accepted.
Please attach a brief description to your proposal.
